There's a reason for the name "vale trash". It's because Valet Living sets the bar high for how to do it RIGHT. Valet Living communities receive doorstep collection of trash and recycling five nights a week. We also offer daytime pickup to fit your community's specific needs.

Communities have different collection dates and services times and uses various waste containers. Check with your community management team to verify your collection dates.
ALL BAGS MUST BE SECURELY TIE FOR COLLECTION. NO LOOSE ITEMS. BAGS MOST HOLD THE CONTENTS SECURELY DURING TRANSPORT, WITHOUT RIPPING OR LEAKING

Place the container with your securely tied plastic trash bag outside your front door during the TWO-HOUR time window before collection begins.
If you have more than one bag, place one bag on top of the other, INSIDE YOUR CONTAINER
Check with your community management team to verity the pickup day and time at your community.

STEP 2 - READY FOR PICKUP
Simply return the container to your apartment by 9:00am the next morning.
Now go have some fun instead of a trip to the dumpster!

Double-bag all pet waste
Bags must hold contents securely during transport, without ripping or and leaking
No broken glass or sharp objects
No oversized items (e.g. appliances, large boxes, furniture).

1- Pick up a day and time, let us know when your normal garbage day is, we will be there right after you trash been collected, and our guys will clean your bin using pressurized water inside and out. Applying a friendly odor neutralizer that keeps your bin smelling fresh.
